FRONT MISSION GUN HAZARD (Japanese Language Version) Import Super Famicom

The graphics and polish are superb, the gameplay is precise and fun. The language issue is fairly large with this game, but unlike some of the other ones I have reviewed and said that about, you can get pretty far in this game, you may not be able to beat it without knowing Japanese, but you can play and enjoy at least a fair bit of it ( though good luck upgrading your mechs later on- I am pretty sure there will be online translations for this one as it is from Square soft and their biggest fans are fanatic.) So, this is a good buy just for the curious as you won't be just stuck immediately. But it's not arcade action, there's a lot of story going on, so Japanese skills help, but even with all that said, I didn't take off a star, because you can play as long as other shorter games, just not the full and probably very long story or to completion without a walkthrough. But it's pretty unique for the era, fun and great looking, so why not go ahead and get it? It's a final fantasy length and depth , but ignorants like me can get at least a Final Fights worth of gaming out of it!

令和になってクリア。知名度はあんまり無さそうだけど、フロントミッションそのものは割りと知られていると思う。その外伝。シュミレーションRPGではなくアクションRPG。つまり、最高。ストーリーは、魅力のあるキャラクターも相まって十分過ぎる満足感。ブレンダの愛らしさぱない。武装はひたすらショットガン、グレネード、ミサイルポッドをつけていた。色々使ってみたが僕にはこれでしたね。つまらんもん作ってないでこれの続編出さんかい！

ヴァンツァーを操作し、敵を倒したり謎を解いたりしながら進めるゲームです、現在途中段階でのレビューですが、フロントミッションシリーズの中で珍しいアクションシューティングゲームで、レアなソフトでもあります。カスタマイズ要素もあり使いやすいようにヴァンツァーを調整できます。主人公のレベルが上がると使える装備が増え、機体も増えます。強い機体になるほどサイズも大きくなり、当たり判定も拡大します。狭い通路を通れなくなるなど問題も出ますが、後半初期のヴァンツァーで挑むにはかなりの技術が必要になるので乗り換えをおすすめします。

スーパーファミコンで1番はまりました、中学、高校、その後も思い出す度に繰り返しプレイしていますが飽きない、ストーリーが秀逸、それだけに、このゲームがあまり知られてないのが残念、リメイクとかしてほしい。
