For me, it worked very fast for the first time, about in 30 mins. The 2nd time was slower, like in a half day.

My wife took two and they "cleaned" her out thoroughly, and she hasn't had to take any more since. Worked well!!

Do they contain calcium?

Only Magnesium hydroxide 1200mg - saline laxative according to their ingredient list.
