I recently purchased the Torin TORT825051 Hydraulic Low Profile Trolley Jack, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance! Looks well made. Smaller in over all size but seems very well made. Does not come with rubber puck that contacts jack to car and that is disappointing.

Jack came exactly as described and work great!

I needed a jack to get low enough to fit under my long range Model Y. This jack fit under with the jack pad and lifted the car without any issues. As some have mentioned, just the slightest twist of the jack release will cause the jack to drop quickly. You can slowly ease it down, but you have to barely turn the release super slowly for that to happen. I was able to rotate my tires lifting from the front lift point. It got the car high enough to take off both tires on one side.

Purchased this jack March of 2021. Today it was unboxed and used for the FIRST time to lift the rear end of a Toyota Tacoma small truck. After approximately 2" height, the hydraulic seal blew out. Thank goodness the wheels were still on the truck. The entire truck only weighs 5600 lbs. the jack is rated for 5000 lbs. At max, the rear only weighs about 1800 lbs. Of course I'm out of the return window. This jack is junk!! Do not buy unless you want to end up like Lt. Dan.

first i see all of these negatives that i feel are unfounded. this is a small 70$ jack. I have purchased these for years and worked on tons of vehicles with them- they are just like almost every other jack in this price point- (I have other larger jacks as well). when i was younger this was th only type of jack i could afford and did a lot of work using them. It isn't the most maneuverable, but it is enough. it also is not meant to lift some huge vehicle ( although i have used one to lift a full size van in a pinch). As far qs coming down and so forth -you have to do the initial procedure before you use it to bleed any air trapped in the piston. you also always use jack stands no matter what jack you use. the only reason I had to buy this was that one of mine went MIA somewhere. -Oh one more caveat is this one has the "low profile" feature which is helpful.

After carefully using this jack on my 328xi for a year this jack start leaking in the pressure release valve. It worked excellent when it worked but now it leaks hydraulic fluid. Too risky to try to use. Unless Torin has some sort of repair kit for it. So I am gonna give it 3 stars generously but overall a mid product only because it's a compromised tool now.
