Is this tool kit good for HP Envy x360 touchscreen laptop?

Yes, it should be. The kit is universal in that it is for using on laptops, tablets, and phones. I have fixed me own laptop and a couple of phones by watching YouTube videos and using these tools. It's not that hard if you're inclined to do it

Is this repair kit good for the 2018 Mac Mini?

If I am not mistaken, you need a T2 screwdriver to open the Mac Mini. Make sure you look for a kit that includes this driver. It is very commonly used.

Are these really carbon fiber as the description says?
