Beautiful duvet
What a beautiful duvet this really is,this one is a 4.5tog,the quality is amazing and the feel is even better,it really does feel like down like it says,it's lightweight and does not clump up like some duvets do,it keeps you nice and warm,no hot spots either, lovely breathable material keeps you cool at the same time,I'd highly recommend this to anyone, with cost in mind I opted for this one for £20 ,a big thumbs 👍 up from me

Filling clumped and failed.
At first, this duvet was great – light, warm, and perfect for summer. Unfortunately, within a month, the filling began to clump inside. It seems the internal stitching failed to hold the filling in place, leaving sections bunched or folded over. While I can manually flatten it out, it shifts back overnight, making it frustrating to use. If the stitching held up, it would have been ideal, but sadly, ours just wasn’t up to standard.

Poor quality
Why did you choose this product over others?: Seemed like a good quality item, made in UK. However, upon opening the packaging we found the quilt wasn’t properly stitched in several places. There were loads of loose threads, so the wadding would be able move around and bulk up over time. The seller did everything they possibly could to avoid accepting a return - we were just outside the standard 30 days return period, however as the item was faulty, I tried to reason with them that they should still accept the return for a full refund. No dice. They only offered a partial “goodwill” payment if we kept the quilt - but the quilt was unusable. In the end I was so frustrated I contacted Amazon and was immediately told that of course I could return the quilt! It’s been returned for a full refund. Upon reading reviews I can see now that other buyers have had the same issue with bad stitching. Never had any bother with 3rd party sellers before but lesson learned. Will avoid if at all possible from now on.
