After some weeks, the bands may lose tension or show wear. Overall, it’s fine for casual home workouts but not ideal for advanced strength training.

It will serve a small purpose however long this may last, however, it is very cheaply made and I would be surprised if it makes it through a few months of use 😳

It is kind of cheap looking and feels like it might break easily. I also noticed when I was using it to do the leg lift ab exercise, as seen on TikTok, my back was occasionally tingling. It felt like nerve pain in my lower back. I hope the exercise is safe and I hope it really works to help me lose my chunky belly.

Unbelievably cheap cr*p. A piece broke off while I was using, and when I told the smart mouth CSR, he asked if I had documentation from a doctor visit. Are you kidding me? Maybe Cr*pazon could start vetting its products AND its CSR's.
