Unbelievably cheap cr*p. A piece broke off while I was using, and when I told the smart mouth CSR, he asked if I had documentation from a doctor visit. Are you kidding me? Maybe Cr*pazon could start vetting its products AND its CSR's.

Does not feel like good quality and I'm constantly worried it's going to snap, whether it's the foam or the band. The handles are too small as well. But it is very soft on the feet and hands.
