Great Chair!
Great chair! Super comfortable and adjustable to suit your needs. I was originally going to buy the Aeron chair but my mom recommended this one for my home office as I would be seated for long periods of time. It has not disappointed and I am very pleased with its performance. As a bonus, the price (including tax) was still less than the manufacturer's list price.

Terrible cushion
Before I bought the Amia, I used a much cheaper desk chair, and I know what bad cushion support feels like--you can feel the hard plastic frame through the cushion, and long work sessions make you sore. I'm 6'1" and weigh 190 lbs. It took about three months for the cushion on the cheap chair to give out. The cushion on the Amia lasted about four months. Yes, only one month longer than a chair that cost $140. Now it's effectively useless. Totally unacceptable for the price, and I can't believe the issue isn't mentioned in other reviews.
