10/10, and that’s coming from a conspiracy nut and skeptic of everything. IT WORKS AND IS LEGIT
Removed cradle cap in less than 30 minutes Massaged the scalp with the oil as instructed by the bottle, (use gloves, it’s pretty oily, but smells great) Massage into the scalp for a minute or two; let the oil sit for 10 minutes After the 10 minutes is up, comb with light pressure and go to town. I slicked the hair back and went that way, then forward, and then back again. Use wipes between combing runs, to keep the hair and scalp moist. The hair will be sticky because of the oil, but the wipes will loosen it up and keep the hair soft so the comb glides through, little one will appreciate that! Couldn’t be happier! 10/10.

WORKS GREAT 👍
THIS!!!! Works amazing, my baby had a good amount of cradle on her head and it took it all off the first try! Very easy to use, made the cradle soft and moist so it came off easily. Very happy! 😊

Cradle cap gone! + Tips for new moms like me
To start—yes, it is thick. It will leave grease marks wherever your babe puts his head while you wait to comb it out. But it works so well! Our one year old has really fine straight hair, so the first time, we got more in the hair and less on the scalp, and it still worked as good as anything else we’d tried (coconut oil, petroleum jelly, rice bran oil). The second round I treated it like I was dyeing his roots: combing back all the hair, pulling forward a “slice” of hair at a time, and applying to the scalp in between slices. I massaged it into his scalp (use your fingers or a silicone toothbrush) and let it sit for about 10-15 min. It says not to get in your child’s eyes—my babe is super face/head touchy, and I spent the first 5 min chasing him around with a wet wipe trying to keep it out of his face until I saw him touch his head and go straight to rubbing his eyes. From his reaction (right back to playing), I’d say it feels greasy in the eyes, but probably doesn’t burn or hurt too badly. After 10 min, the skin was starting to flake up and soften, so it was comb time. For new moms, cradle cap is hard to conquer because you have to do something that seems like it would really hurt—you’re basically going to lightly, very lightly, scrape the babe’s scalp with this comb, lifting up pieces of dead skin from the scalp to the ends of the hair. It will take several passes through, rotate areas so it doesn’t get too pink and sensitive in one spot. It seems like torture from your end, but I don’t think it hurts the babe. Mine gets restless after about 5 min of combing and being told to sit still, but he doesn’t act like he’s in pain, just ready to be free! You’ll want a flour sack cloth or paper towels handy, and each time you comb up flaky skin, wipe the comb off and take another pass through the hair and scalp. Go slow so you don’t pick into the scalp too deeply and also so you don’t flick excess oil everywhere—the fine tooth side of the comb pulls out a lot of the oil and can get messy. After we’re done, I wipe as much of the stuff off out of his hair as I can with a paper towel. For clean up, we were already using the bee gone cradle cap shampoo and conditioner before this product, and found that it works well to dissolve the oil—I rubbed in the shampoo and let it sit for about a minute before rinsing, and used conditioner before a final rinse. His hair was more conditioned-looking the next morning, but not greasy, looked like he’d been to the salon for a curl and blowout! And the cradle cap was finally GONE. 6 months of trial and error, all we tried works OK after a few treatments, but this worked FAST and completely. A note on that for DIYers—this is basically grape seed oil and silicone lube (yeah, that kind, “dimethicone”). A drop of chamomile would be a good add, and/or Vitamin E oil (this product uses mint, which some babes are sensitive to). Overall, this seems to be the magic combination for cradle cap!

Worked on the first try!
It worked after the very first use! I’ve tried a bunch of things before.. breastmilk, healing ointment, petroleum jelly, and nothing worked but this worked really well, you just let it sit for about 10 mins and then pass the comb which did a really good job at picking the flakes. The only thing I didn’t like was that one of the ingredients is peppermint oil which is not recommended to use while breastfeeding so I won’t be using it that often but I’m happy it worked just with one application.

Good product
My toddlers still struggle with seborrheic dermatitis. This has worked well to lift some of the scales off their scalps. Applies thick, but washes out well.

Wildly impressed!
This stuff worked like magic! My 18 month old had pretty bad cradle cap but it was very hard to notice because his hair is so thick and long. I often forgot about it, but finally I cared enough to order something highly rated after coconut oil & a different cradle cap brush didn’t work. THIS WAS INSANE!!!!!! The very first time I used the kit an unbelievable amount was removed. So much that his head looked a different color because you could finally see so much skin under/within his hair. The first time removed about 95% of it (at least) and will only take one more treatment. It was such a gross and satisfying process. I absolutely recommend this if your kiddo has cradle cap! Note - I did wonder if it started to irritate his scalp after I let it sit longer than the recommended amount of time. As soon as I started combing/rinsing he had no issues though

It works!
It works for my 1.5 yr old! I used to use olive oil. It works better than olive oil.
