I bought these specifically to add to my routine while breastfeeding and support my milk supply. Obviously, there are a lot of things that can affect supply, so I can’t say with certainty that the moringa is the reason, but I honestly do feel like I’ve noticed a difference since taking it consistently.I also like that the ingredient list is straightforward—organic moringa leaf powder in capsule form—so it’s an easy addition to my daily supplement routine. Seems to help with fatigue, no insane energy burst but I have noticed the fatigue kept at bay I’ve taken 2 per day sometimes both at same time others one in am and another midday can’t say I notice any difference taking it that way but all in all good product. This is second brand of this product I’ve purchased I’ve been a consumer of greens drinks for years but feel it just hasn’t done anything so far this has at least lived up to the advertisement

Believe when it says there are digestive and diarrhea issues. Im usually a one and done kind of girl.Taking this, and I only took 1 a day, its many many trips to the toilet. And the smell is nasty! Just a warning. I wont be taking it anymore. Didnt really feel any different or better when i took it.Took me a while to figure out what was causing the issue and now I know.Hope this helps someone.

If you are taking other blood pressure medications, you need to make a choice! Either your medication or Moringa!! This suuplement dropped my bp in about a week! I was able to drop my Lisinopril completely! I’m not a fan of prescribed meds and I’d rager go natural! This supplement is powerfull and I’ve experienced no side effects. Prescribed drugs usually come with side effects! This supplement is awesome!!
