Perfect fit for a little arm
My little man of 2 years old fractured his collarbone and urgent care didn't have a small sling for him. We had ordered one and it was still too big. These little Marvel ones are the perfect size for his forearm of 6" from elbow to wrist. My only complaint is the strap, keep in mind that it is soft for the little ones but my little one can easily pull on it and it loosens up.

My 5 year old love this and was actually willing to use it. It def help that it fit him correctly and wasn't to big.

It was an okay sling.
It fit my son's hand but did not keep his hand in place, it needed to have something that his thumb could go in through.

The XXsmall is very small
I ordered the xxsmall because my son is only 3. The length of the straps are perfect but the length of the sling does not cover from his elbow to fingertips. I would suggest using an xsmall for even the smallest child for proper fit and protection of the hand.
