This oil is truly versatile and consistently good. It works perfectly for sauteing roasting grilling drizzling on salads dipping with bread or even finishing dishes. The smooth mild flavor profile has a nice fruity note with just enough peppery kick from the polyphenols without being overly bitter or harsh like some stronger EVOOs can get. It holds up well under medium high heat for cooking (first cold pressed means quality extraction) and it never leaves that burnt or off taste you sometimes get with cheaper oils.
