The Andersons HumiChar Organic Soil Amendment with Humic Acid and Biochar (40 lb)

I have very poor soil that was imported to raise my yard to correct drainage. The trouble is that this imported fill was garbage. Basically hard pan. Grass has always done very poorly. Barely surviving. Fertilizer had minimal affect over the last three years. Was at my wits end. Tried this stuff. BAM lush green lawn for the first time. I went with a heavy application two months apart. My lawn is now at 90% perfection. Somehow this stuff helps the roots absorb fertilizer nutrients. I'm on auto ship with this stuff now. Not cheap, but it turned my backyard around, making it a paradise whereas before it was just an ugly eye sore with anemic grass and thriving weeds.

The best product of Andersons. My grass is completely green. This is not the first time using this product. I will recommend if you want to keep you grass green.

While an expensive product, it seems to be working as intended. I can get two applications with a single bag, for my property. Keeping my soil in good condition for my Zoysia is what needs to happen, for me.

I love The Anderson Company and use their products exclusively. They are BY FAR the best and my yard shows how well their products work. Well worth the money!

For the $5 you save...it is not with the headaches of delays or busted boxes/bags!! Apparently they can't carry 40lbs. Or don't want to use cart!! Great products... Bad delivery service from Amazon! Three trucks in one small neighborhood is not efficient!!

We use this in the yard and improve the soil for grass, as well as the flower bed. We had a spot of compacted soil that nothing would grow for quite a while. I sprinkled down Humichar and worked into the soil. Now have plants growing there when everything a few months ago would die.

I am a huge fan of all the Anderson's products and apply HumiChar to my Bermuda lawn at the max recommended amount four times per year during the growing season. The soil where we live is heavy clay and the HumiChar helps the foil retain nutrients and over time the Humic Acid helps break down the clay as it mixes with the existing soil.
