Built like a tank! Way better than expected, and includes the 3/8 to 1/4 reducer that might be an extra dollar or two in case you need it.

I needed a small head like this for my audio mic on a gimbal and this worked great!!

I like well build products, this does not disappoint, used for mounting GoPro on my kayak, definately fits the bill and has been performing well. Knob feels secure and well made, does not feel like I am going to break it off.

December 2021Update 3 Months Later: I can't Recommend This Ball Head for Large SLRs. We've been progressively cranking tighter and tighter on the knob to prevent the ball head from slipping. It's to the point now where it's unusable. We can't crank on the knob any tighter, but the ball still slips when we try to adjust the camera and keep it pointed where it is supposed to. Disappointed. It would probably be fine for a small lightweight camera or camera phone.September 2021I was skeptical that this small ball head could support the weight of my SLR. But like other reviewers have stated, it's rock solid. One knob controls rotation and movement on all axes, which is a really nice feature. Twist the knob tight and is locks the position firmly with no creep. Highly recommended. I just ordered another one to have a spare.

I needed an item for a desktop tripod to mount my Logitech steam cam to. It’s probably a little overkill but it looks and function perfectly.

Really pleased with this ball joint’s quality... it surpassed my expectations, especially at the price. Very sturdy, works very smoothly. This was a great choice!

Very versatile…love it!!

This ball head is attractively finished, and gives the appearance of being well made. But it falls short in two ways: (1) Even when fully tightened, it rocks back and forth a tiny bit. It is a small amount, but it is enough to significantly change the aim of a lens mounted on a camera. (2) There is no smoothly-moving semi-tight state. It's either fully loose, or fully tight, or jerkily just short of tight. You can't untighten it a little, smoothly move it a little to make a fine adjustment, then fully tighten it.

Le dispositif est lourd, il en impose par son poids et semble être de bonne facture. Testé sur une cage pour smartphone mais j'ai choisi le mauvais modèle. Déçu car je dois le retourner.

Sembra molto ben fatto, da valutare nel tempo, ma per ora incredibilmente stabile considerando il poco peso e l'ingombro minimo. In combinazione con un supporto a tre piedi della stessa marca è utilissimo per tenere in posizione la macchina se non si ha bisogno di un vero cavalletto per tenerla in alto.Con una reflex full frame da 1,6 kg rimane perfettamente stabile nelle posizioni più strane.

Excellent little ball head tripod mount. All matte black metal, high quality for a cheap price. With other cheap tripod ball head mounts I’ve experienced the problem where once you tighten the ball head, the tightening moves the ball and changes your perfectly lined up shot, not this mount, stays where I lined it up too. It’s a small mount, I use a mirrorless camera and iPhone with it, haven’t tested on bigger bodies/lenses yet but maybe keep that in mind, I think it probably suffices.

No es barato pero la calidad es notable. Todo de metal, pesado, con un acabado impecable. Para fijar la bola solo hace falta un minimo de presión sobre la tuerca lateral. Así, cuando tienes la posición que quiere, se puede fijar con muy poco movimiento, evitando el riesgo de cambiar la posición sin querer.

Even when the thumb screw fully tightened the upper part wobbles in the base.
