My favorite honey, less sweet, more creamy
The best. Cactus honey has a distinctive creamy almost lemony gingery taste and not as insipidly sweet.

Very Sweat!
I have had some of the other of the Topanga honeys and thought Avocado was my favorite until now. This honey is very sweet and mild - I think I can sneak it into things that I usually put sugar in (male members of my household are always checking their food for funny tastes like whole wheat, etc)..and just maybe I can get away with it :). It also came as a solid if that matters.

It’s just regular honey. I have saguaro honey and it doesn’t even come close which is a cactus flower. This is just regular honey. I won’t buy it again.

Order--you will not regret it!
I originally ordered this to "round out" a wax order from the same farm, and I am so glad I did! Along with the beeswax (amazing scent), I also ordered orange honey and avocado honey. The cactus was our favorite (mom, dad, and 2 teens voted), but we also loved the avocado honey. The cactus honey is a wonderful all-purpose honey (as is the orange), and the avocado has a bit of a molasses taste (deeper). Pretty sure you can't go wrong with any of their products; I will be ordering again!
