Wireless Desktop MK320 Keyboard and Mouse by LOGITECH

I purchased one of these Wireless Desktop MK320 Keyboard and Mouse by LOGITECH 7-8years ago, and again a few weeks ago when the first one began showing signs of at least one key not working correctly. These are excellent products. The key strokes give me the feel I've come to expect and enjoy. I use them several hours every day, have no complaints whatsoever. Good purchase, recommended to anyone who still likes a keyboard and mouse.

Perfect response time and functions works great

As said, the battery life on these Logitech product is amazing. Can get 2-3 years of heavy use before the batteries need changed. That is many millions of keystrokes. Seems other brands cannot achieve this, so I wonder if Logitech patented the infrared sensor, as I do not see this in other brands. Comfortable to use, the mouse with it is also very nice. Does need cleaning often but that is normal with anything hands use. Most keyboards these days are below par compared to this in my opinion. I do not like the overpriced and uncomfortable Apple keyboard and mouse, so you can use the supplied dongle with a Mac having USB 2.0 or 3.0. Great. However, you cannot use a mouse or keyboard from a different Logitech model as they will not work or pair properly (as with any dongle, the activation ID is proprietary to prevent counterfeiting).

The only reason I gave a 4 star is the subject of the review. The price should give more for the cost and a missing indicator light to show On and Off Caps is imperative and convenient. I game with this keyboard and have had issues regarding reaction and response time. Distance to the computer is 3 feet. For general use it still is a 4 Star.

Possibly NOT the sellers fault the item has not arrived, however it has been over 2 weeks and it hasn't arrived, I checked the tracking and it looks as if the seller did ship quickly and its being passed around by the carrier, I have had other items make a world tour before being delivered, otherwise I have these same keyboards at work, good value for the money, they are battery required for both keyboard and mouse, however for the value its good for me, they do not consume batteries at all, the quality and ergonomics for under 40.oo is a good deal

RETURN REQUEST: keyboard defective 8 days outside return window (cute). It creates software error volume stuck at 100. No way to correct--uninstalled and reinstalled driver, switched audio output, restarted-nothing fixes. I finally put two and two together that I had just purchased and installed this new keyboard and mouse. Took keyboard from another computer here at home, plugged it in, and voila problem fixed. This after days of troubleshooting everything under the sun. IF JUST DEFECTIVE, PLEASE REPLACE. OTHERWISE I'M ASKING FOR A RETURN. It's unreasonable that the life expectancy of a newly purchased keyboard is 38 days.

I had used the same model for about 15 years till the lettering on keys wore off. Also the keys were beginning to mis type .No reason not to buy same product again.

Product works great. Installed the batteries, inserted the USB and boom we're in business.
