Bought these Smart Plug for underbed sockets and behind the corner table. As stated in my previous reviews I don't buy multiple or same products of same brand, i always give another ones a try.Package Content:4x  Smart Plug 1x Instruction leafletI have several others smart plugs and been using for quite some time. I got rid of all the timer switches that i had them before and replaced by these.Installing and configuring is very simple. Since I have TuyaSmart mobile app all the other smart plugs that I purchased before are configured and managed under this application. So i gave it a swirl for these and they worked as well. I hate to install several different application when one can do it all. Scanning is simple, just plug it and follow the instructions as per the app and press the power button on the smart plug as per the instructions and they should appear in the app.You can then set the devices as you wish to do do - like Bedroom light, Lounge Light, etc. etc.So far I would recommend these lights.I really hope you found my review helpful and would love for you to click on the “YES” button to say so. needed more smart plugs and liked the design of these so thought I would give them a go, setup was straight forward using the tuya smart app, with the app you can control the plug or setup automation's and even see the power consumption of your plug.Can't go wrong with these work well and look good.

Great plugs, but now won't convert to Tasmota any more, due to newer Tuya firmware on them out of the box. To clarify, these are fantastic plugs and work brilliantly with Tuya Smartlife, but if you want to flash your own firmware on them, this isn't an option any more unfortunately.

we wanted to add additional smart sockets into the house but the HIve sockets are quite expensive. for not much more than one hive socket, we bought this pack of 4 smart plugs. really easy to install via the Smart Life app on your phone, integrated into Alexa using the Smart Life skill in Alexa, works perfectly. You can set timers and schedules on the sockets. very compact and just work. well worth the money.

I don't understand how some have issues setting these up?Especially the computer engineers..!?Instructions are clear enough and easy to understand. Two modes of set up Auto and Manual.. all you need to do is to ensure you are in the desired mode (power switch flashes at different rates to indicate what mode you are in or have selected.) Ensure you have the correct WiFi details and your good to go. Usually at around 30-40% of the final communication process % indicator the Power ligh goes off at the plug... done!

These smart plugs require the internet to work properly as they rely on the Tuya cloud service.These smart plugs purchased early in 2020 and before used be able to be flashed over the air with replacement firmware that allowed them to be used 100% locally using MQTT. It seems that they are now using a Tuya firmware that does not allow this "upgrade".This means that Tuya can and does monitor everything your smart devices are doing.DO NOT BUY AS THEY ARE ANTI-PRIVACY

These plugs are a discreet and value way to add automation to your home. Whether it's a simple timer function or full Alexa scene integration, these plugs can do it. Simply plug it in, enter pairing mode, find the device on the app, give it a name and that's it. Another cool function I like is the energy monitoring screen in the app. It shows in real time what your appliances are using. The plugs are rated to 3kw so no problem using with a kettle for your morning brew or a heater. And their size means nobody will notice them. Recommended.

Amazing product, app is extremely user friendly.Now I can turn all and off my appliances with the comfort of sitting in my bed or doing my other chores.Must say it value for money and a must buy.Also now have it connected to my Amazon Alexa device and does wonders!
