Great as ingredient in gluten-free bread
I use this to make gluten-free bread. It is great quality, tastes good, works with other flours nicely to make GF bread. I have been using this brand for years and have never been disappointed. The quality makes it good value for the money for an item that helps produce a healthier bread for me.

Excellent quality sorghum flour for GF baking
Excellent, high quality & fresh flour. The packaging is convenient [four smaller, resealable bags of 1.5 pounds each, instead of 1 big bag that will go stale). I use for gluten free baking. The sorghum flour tastes better & is more nutritious than some alternatives.

Good product; Bad Amazon shipping
I'm not a professional reviewer. I really like Bob's products. I use the sorghum flour mixed with Bob's pancake mix all the time. Good stuff. When I saw the sorghum flour was now shipping 24-ounce packages, I order that. The price and size was shown on the page as 1.5-pounds of flour. However, Amazon shipped the 22-ounce packages instead. Bad Amazon. I complained (to the computer), and Amazon made it right for this order. Good Amazon. The product photos and the sales descriptions don't match, and you should watch what you actually receive. Don't complain here; complain to Amazon. They'll fix the problem, and hopefully correct it.
