100 Yoga Poses Activities Cards

I'm enjoying these! I can set up my own asana/yoga poses sequences based on my own body mobility or based on the parts of the body I want to focus on. I have yoga books too, but there the sequences are already put together. This gives me freedom to be physically creative.

I like the cards, it is very entertaining to play a game of random draw and try out different exercises. Only withdraw is that it is hRd to understand some of the complicated cards from the pictures (like leg cut off or the second arm is not distinguishable) but fun overall

I've been casually doing yoga for a long time by attending classes, watching videos, or with friends. At this point, I know enough to do yoga independently. I know which poses benefit what and how to get into most of them. But I do tend to forget poses or it's hard to visualize them/transitions in my head. I don't love videos because you have to pause to go your own pace or follow their pace and because I don't love hearing another voice the whole time. These cards are the perfect solution. I can now go through before each session and hand pick what poses I want to do and put them in order that makes sense for my body and abilities. It's life changing. The negative reviewers did not read the product description if they are unhappy with their purchase. Nowhere does it say that these cards explain each pose in depth. These are for late beginner/intermediate yogis or for learning the names of poses.

No real information is printed on the cards. Small children would like them for that very reason. The cards would encourage them to see what postures they can do & which postures are challenging. Even a beginning adult practioner would not likely find them useful at all. I passed them on to a friend’s youngest grandchildren, who right away wanted to see which postures they could do. Quality discussion ensued.

No description on cards or instructions to get in the pose

Cards not designed well as they don't tell you the benefits of the pose or the muscle groups being used, or any instructions on how to get into the pose. Illustrations are incomplete and hard to visualize with missing limb parts as you can see in the pictures

I love this product that my friend bought for me that it inspired me to buy it for a Christmas Secret Santa gift. I think they're going to love this surprise and get a kick out of learning yoga or spicing up their routine with this. Thank you heaps!

Bellissime e molto utili

Me ha defraudado. Muchos dibujos vienen cortados (ver foto) y los dibujos son demasiado sencillos y genéricos, debes conocer ya las posturas para identificarlas, pq los dibujos no te detallan la correcta colocación de cada parte del cuerpo. Lo he comprado para preparar clases con más facilidad, pero a poco que sepas dibujar, casi no sale a cuenta, internet está lleno de dibujos mejores y fotografías. Al menos no es un producto caro. He echado de menos el nombre de las posturas en sánscrito.
