Does this fluoresce under uv light? how about as glow-in-dark?

After my piece sits all day in daylight it will glow for quite a bit after dark. I have not tried it with uv light but I think it would glow. I have a small piece I use as a plant stand cover. Quite pretty but like most plastics it will scratch. I try to be careful. Still looks good. Hope this helps.

Can you bend it like Lexan?

I've used a heated acrylic bender with it, it bends but you have to be careful of heating it too long because if you do, it bubbles.

My boyfriend wants to use this to build a mask for a costume. Is it safe to use hot glue gun on the acrylic against polyurethane foam and fabric?

In my experience, hot glue does not adhere to acrylic reliably and almost never under stress or pressure. Be very careful if you try it, since it can fail unpredictably.
