It does not smell like baby powder it has a light fresh scent. It has zinc oxide in it so it helps with chafing and diaper rash. I also think its not as "THick" as baby powder.

Zinc oxide is the active ingredient. It cleared up my son’s diaper rash when the prescription meds did not work. It was recommended by a pharmacist.
