What does it weigh without the sides on? Hopefully much lighter than the advertised 82.5lbs with sides on?

About 10 lb lighter. I'm 70 years old and love this wagon. It is very easy to handle. I put 1side down and sit when planting.

In preparation of arrival, i wanted to get a piece of plywood to line the bed (with sides up). What would the dimensions of the playwood be? Thanks!

20 1/2" x 38 1/2" will give you clearance for the sides to come up on both sides (Actual Internal Dimension measures 20 3/4 x 38 3/4 with sides attached)

We have narrow gates to get through. What is the wheel base? I need something 24inches wide or smaller

I just measured and the cart bed is 22 inches wide and the wheels are inside that measurement.

How do I replace pins for mesh removable sides?

I have never taken mine off but have with other carts and never able to get back on. I would look at Harbor Frieght or another home supply store for the pins. good luck.
