I’ve been relying on Cross writing instruments and accessories for 45 years. When I was looking for this refill I couldn’t find it at office supplies stores. Amazon carries it in its inventory and I’m glad they do. What more can I say? Great product.

This is a very thick and smooth writing ink..Almost like a higher quality fine point sharpie marker..The refill won't last very long if used as your primary pen,but you will certainly enjoy it while it lasts..It does take a half a second to dry,but overall it's pretty impressive..You would think that it would be more prone to smearing,but it really isn't..The black is nice,but I highly recommend the blue.It just looks great going on paper..For people who enjoy the feel of fine textured ink to paper then this is definitely worth at least a one refill purchase to try it for yourself..You may not buy more just for practicality reasons,but you will still enjoy your time with the one you buy while it lasts..I just picked up a 5 pack..Enjoy and Happy Writing to All.. I just like felt tips and this is one of the best. It not only works in the cross select tips but in the roller ball pens that use the same length refill. The Cross refills can be refilled by putting them tip first into a bottle of Parker Quink ink for a couple hours. You can do this once or twice. This does not work well on old dried out refills. Other inks will work but I have not found one that works as well as Q

I was skeptical of these, and my Dad always liked a Broad tip - but I found this one to be surprisingly smooth, accurate, quick-drying and durable. Ink lasts longer than the Rollerball alternatives as well.

Fits correctly into the pen for which it is designed. The ink flows well. I write (well, some might say scribble) very quickly and have found that some pens, like roller ball gel pens, skip when I use them. The Cross pen I use these refills in came with a gel refill and it skipped terribly, making the pen unusable for me. Thought I'd give the porous point refill a try and I find it works great. I also like a fine point and this refill is a very fine point. Very happy with these refills. I do not know how long it will last, but I used it for a month or two and then was out of the country for three months and did not take this pen. Now, back home for two months, the refill is still writing.

La calidad Cross se nota. No es barato; pero esto ya se sabía. Es un recambio complicado de encontrar. Ahora todo son Roller. Este es de fieltro, y tiene una escritura especial. Yo lo uso hasta para bocetar. El trazo que deja es muy chulo. Aunque tiene un sistema que retrae un poco la punta (un poco solo), es muy delicado. A mi me encanta.
