We sell thousands of puzzles and it's exceedingly rare to be missing pieces. However we are happy to replace lost or missing pieces if you contact us.

I puzzle did not come with a poster.

Q: Someone said all the peices were the same shape. Is this true?

This puzzle has very odd shaped pieces, not at all the same. We found it very difficult to do and gave up part way through.
