I’ve never left a review on anything before but after using this cream, I thought I had to! I’ve always suffered with psoriasis and eczema and over the last few months my hands had gotten really red and sore with splits, cracked and peeling skin etc. They’d started bleeding and I’d tried so many different creams prescribed by doctors but found they were making my hands worse. Was using rubber gloves for dishes, cleaning, even washing my hair. I ordered this out of desperation. It arrived on the Friday evening and after applying it a couple times overnight over the weekend (it absorbs very quickly and isn’t greasy), my hands felt almost normal by the Monday! So happy with the cream that I ordered another tub so I can keep using it and prevent my hands from getting as bad as there were. So worth the price, literally miracle cream! Hands before and after using cream for several days.

I have exceptionally dry hands; and sore fingertips, due to taking steroids. I ordered this cream in a desperate attempt at help. It is gresy when applied and takes quite a long time to sink into the skin, so you need to apply when you have about 10 minutes to spare. I found it took 3 or 4 consecutive applications to make any difference, but once you get on top of the original issue. It works well as a morning and night hand cream. If you put it on more frequently than that, it tends to sit on the skin.

So the first picture is when my dermatitis was so bad, and sore, nothing would work on my skin and have used most of the skin products on my skin but seriously nothing was working and was making my dermatitis more troublesome and sore, and a good friend told me about this product said even though states for hands it can be used for the body/ face too, and helped clear up her dermatitis on hands and showed me pictures on her skin before she also found out about this product, she mentioned the Dr's recommended this to her, as she also was struggling to know what to use for her dermatitis as used everything like i had. I was skeptical of using this product of course. But I gambled with this, and I'm so glad I did, it's done more than I would have ever expected. I know this is cliche to say but true I wish I found out about this product sooner, I have cried with pure happiness that my skin looks and feels so much better and it is still on the mend, so I'm going to keep using this. I can even smile, and can walk outside and not hide indoors, and without face feeling hurt or sore no more, I feel relieved and has helped me to feel good about myself again as it affected my mental health more due to my skin problems I had. And baring in mind peeps this is only my 3rd time using the cream in 3 days but only used it once a day till this day today as I'm writing. You only need a little as goes a long way, dries pretty quickly and seriously no oil residue at all, it feels like the consistency of liquid foundation but so much better. The best hand cream I've used. I've tried pretty much everything to soothe my hands. Most things work for a while then suddenly don't. Nursem is the only one that hasn't stopped working.

Really good hand cream, I have suffered with cracked skin on my hands for years. I use this once at night (or during the day if my hands are sore) and the barrier is extremely effective also nourishes my skin. Highly recommend this!

I've been buying this since before it was aired on the TV show Dragons Den and I usually order this from their direct website. I needed a replacement tub quickly so I ordered from Amazon as there was a price offer on and delivery was more appealing with the next day option...but something has changed with the formula. I don't quite know what it is as the ingredients are the same as per the tub labels, but it seems much thinner now compared to the original thick, creamy texture it used to be. It's definitely a different consistency in texture. It smells the same and seems to work the same but I'm not a fan of the change. I've found myself reaching for it less whereas before it would come everywhere with me and I would use it religiously. It's still great for skin protection. I use it for dermatitis, dry elbows, as a moisturizer, a hand cream after washing them etc. Due to the consistency change, I'm getting through the pot a lot quicker than usual despite using it less. Regardless of the issue I have with the change, the product itself is great value and I will continue to use it as it has not failed me in years. (Amazon also advertised the same promise to support a nurse with every purchase which I like).

I love this hand cream. It is not greasy and is easily absorbed and makes your hands feel so soft and protected. Will definitely buy again.
