The quality of wood. Cause it's wood. It's not marble but it'll feel like a painted wooden toilet tbh

Is this toilet seat complete with screws and how is the hinge quality?

This toilet come complete with everything needed to install it! The reason I purchased it is BECAUSE the "hinge quality" appeared to be sturdier than other toilet seats. The last toilet seat I owned (purchased from the same company) had PLASTIC hinges which broke within a few months.

Does this seat fit a toto toilet?

Hi dear, it's Teresa from Angle Shield. It's my pleasure to solve your question here. Our toilet seat is suitable for any standard size toilet, pls feel free to choose it. Don't forget to measure your toilet bowl to confirm if you need ROUND or ELONGATED size. If you have any other trouble, you also can contact our customer service. We will reply to you in 24H.

I see that they have a additional toilet seat cushion and blue lid lifter. Is it easy to install and use?

Yes, this was easy to install. It looks very nice and easy to keep clean.
