Warm Tips :
1. Sometimes the zippers may tend to be tough and get stuck because they are metal. You can dip a little oil on the zipper teeth to be smoother.
2. Please do limit the loading weight to avoid overloading and not hurt your shoulder though the backpack is very sturdy.
3. For your convenience, every time you get something out of the main compartment, you can just lift up the flap and reach in for what you need, not need to unzip the double beside zippers.
4. The big flap you see covering the top held down by zippers is held shut with Velcro. To avoid small items to fall out, it's better not to toss around the backpack, or you can put small items in the little zipper in the main compartment.
