Product arrived packaged very well. However, within the first couple of days they stopped working properly. The bluetooth connection became very faulty and the quality of sound was consequently very poor. Had to return. Very disappointed.

Sound quality is great, and also great value for money. I lost the left earpiece on my original set and rather than purchase one from the Apple Store, this, refurbished set came in and around the same price, so it was a no-brainer!

Don’t buy this product guys. I got this just 2 months ago and it has stopped working. Both ears. The first one stopped and after a while the other stopped.

The left Airpod stopped working after a few month, and the seller, Refurb Xpress, pretends the product is out of policy while the guarantee explicitly allows "A replacement or refund if the product is faulty, defective or does not work as expected for a period of one (1) year from delivery of the product.".Avoid this seller if you want reliable products.

The earbuds were so well packed and in such good nick I never realised they were reconditioned. Quality is great, sound is great.
