Can this be cut to size or will it unravel if cut

I didn't have a problem when I cut mine. They advise putting tape on back side to prevent unraveling. I did that and then when I attached to wall I stapled it and covered edge with 1" bamboo pole that was cut lengthwise as trim.

Does a $5 purchase get 10 rolls for 4X8, or just 1? The product description says 10.

Just 1..and keep in mind, they are not even! I purchased 3..they were all lopsided. Made very well, but lopsided..I bought them to be installed on a wall..and could not get them to line up. I ended up using them on the floor as rugs..they worked great for that:)
