My knees thank you
These work great to relieve the pain in my knees. I kept going up in dose until I felt better. So I ended up taking 6 pills a day for a couple of days until I felt better, and now I just take 2 every so often just for preventative maintenance ๐. I canโt swallow a pill, so I just take it apart and take the powder it taste fine. No complaints here.
