Riparo Adjustable Leather Dog Collar - Heavy Duty Wide Dog Collar for Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large Dogs with Dog Tag Holder (XL: 1.75" Wide for 21”-25” Neck, Black/Red Thread)

Nice soft leather collar. I got this for one of my female German Shepherds. It fits her perfectly. She really likes it too. She thinks she is big stuff now. The collar seams heavy duty and was relatively inexpensive. The red looks great on her lighter coat. It stands out.

Was extremely happy with the quality of this collar. It’s hard to find a nice heavy leather collar. It even is so well designed the dog clip automatically stays on the top so it’s easy to snap a leash on him. Great product highly recommend.

Perfect for out Mastiff! She looks girlie girl now and everyone knows she’s a she. It’s strong and well made. There is a heavy duty leash ring on the top of the neck side and a strong tag ring by the buckle . We bought her a name tag on Amazon.

Updated Review: Since we kept the collar, we tried softening it up and put it on our pup. We really like it now. My husband is able to easily grab the collar, when necessary. My hand is smaller so it feels tougher on my hand, but it's solid. The buckle is sturdy and reliable. Now that it's worn in, it's a hit! I have a Neapolitan mastiff, with a pretty thick neck. He's still a puppy so he has a lot of growing to do, but he is 120lbs. This collar is wide! I don't think I would mind as much if it were flexible, but it is pretty stiff. It does have a nice color, but my pup can't freely move his head as it fits more like a brace. It's bizarre. I still have it because the return was going to cost me, and the seller needed to evaluate the item to ensure I would be receiving a full refund minus the return amount. I hadn't damaged the item, and it still looks new, but given that I was already going to be charged for the return, I didn't want to risk losing any more money, and be left without the item. We still have it and may use it in the future if it loosens up a bit. Maybe I'll toss it around and smash it with a meat tenderizer to see if it'll better suit my big guy...Not for us.

The Riparo collar is a good quality leather with a softer inner lining to provide a comfortable fit on neck. The dog has no complaints, and looks for it any time it’s removed for bath time. He also has the matching leash.

Good collar over all. I may have received a defective one with a loose belt buckle or it may have been a mishap. My dog managed to undo the collar and then chew it up. While customer service was prompt they were no help. Overall still three stars because the collar was as described aesthetically but could have been build a little tougher.

Update- after almost a year of use this dog collar is still in perfect shape. My very strong and active 90 pound German Shepherd pulls and tugs on it very hard when she's outside on the cable and it's still in perfect condition. The color has faded some but the condition of the collar is still perfect. Highly recommend if you have a strong dog. This is a very heavy duty and sturdy leather collar. I bought it for our 80 pound German Shepherd who is very strong, she's been wearing it several months now and it still looks new. I would def order this again.

Ordered a S for my cavapoo 8 months old about 12 lbs. Fits perfectly. The collar is just as advertised. Tye thickness is perfect and the color is exactly like the pictures. Very happy with thus purchase. It arrived almost one week earlier than originally scheduled.
