Great taste

Cookies and Cream. Blender Bottle acceptable, though way better in a Blender with Milk and a bit of Ice. Love this flavor. Hate the Vanilla. I'll use it for overnight oats occasionally. For overnight oats Whey is better.

Casein typically doesn’t taste as smooth as whey—it’s naturally a wee bit gritty—but Dymatize blends and tastes better than most others I’ve tried, other than Optimum Nutrition. I prefer the ON cookies and cream to this one, but just barely, as I think it taste a little better, but it costs more. So, price relative to value, this is my go-to. This is a micellar casein, which is the best and least processed form of casein, which means it costs a little more than others. I take 50gs before bed, since you need more casein to stimulate muscle protein synthesis than with whey, but with casein it delivers over a much longer duration than whey, which is short-acting. I take it at bed after workout nights, but I’ll take just 25 on non-workout nights, if I think I’m out of the muscle-protein-synesthis window. I’ll take it at 50 g during the day if I don’t have time to make a meal and it’ll be a while before I can eat. This brand and flavor tastes good enough (and a lot better than Body Tech’s, and it mixes better, too), and I think it helps me sleep a tad bit better. I usually blend up a banana with it for some added fiber and carbs. The only con I can think of is that the caps on these are peculiarly stubborn to remove upon the initial opening, but just at first. I hope this review is helpful to somebody.

I enjoyed this protein powder. The taste isn't artificial, and it's sweet to help with my chronic sweet tooth. Its thickness helps to make it more filling. During Ramadan, I used this before fasting, and it kept me full for hours due to slow-digesting protein. Some cons: It is a bit spendy, contains artificial sweeteners and flavors. Since it's slow-digesting. protein, I believe they could've added fiber to help promote staying full even longer, especially for people using this for dieting or the fat loss phase of their diet.

Mixes easily, and tastes better than most protein powders. Doesn’t give me indigestion and I use around 3 scoops every night before bed. Is a little pricey, but not bad for the quality.

Dymatize is consistently one of the highest rated protein powders, both casein and whey, in every search, and with good reason. High in BCAAs, EAAs and glutamine. Mixes well, tastes great, and does exactly what I want it to do. I take their hydrolized protein around workouts for the rapid absorption, and I take this casein powder in the evening around 30 minutes before going to bed. I also stopped taking standard whey to help meet my protein needs on off workout days because I don't need the quick absorption on those days, so I now take this Dymatize casein as a meal replacement on off days as well. When you're dieting, trying to lose weight and build muscle at the same time, it's important to take in high levels of protein while keeping your calorie intake down (challenge). This slow-releasing casein is just the ticket - an additional 25g during the day in place of a meal on off days, and another 25g just before bed, every day. I feel like it's doing a great job for me, supplementing my hard work in the gym while keeping my calorie count down.
