Is there any guarantee from the company if the chocolate they send you is melted?

This seller would not take responsibility for the melted chocolate I received because they are not really from ROYCE'. They are only pretending to be ROYCE' with their name. I would buy from the real ROYCE' USA online store. It's cheaper, faster and safer.

why it is taking so long for shipping?

Hi, good morning.It's amazon's default setting.I'll ship out soon.Thank-you!

Could you ship this items to China?

Dear Frank san,Thank you so much for your inquiry. Nice to see you on Amazon!Yes, we can ship you to China, but this is chocolate. we appreciate you to understand the chocolate may melt on the way to your country.Looking forward to your order,Online Japan Web Store

Is this packaged in a cool condition? Can you ensure that the chocolate does not melt when the consumer receives it?

It does have a heat-insulate layer, and the chocolate does not melt when we receive it. But I orderer during winter, I would still recommend you contact seller in advance. They're very responsive and helpful from my experience.
