Granulated Garlic, 26 oz

Great item, came quickly… still great after few months of storage

I’ve been using this granulated garlic from McCormick for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of those things I always make sure to have on hand. The flavor is strong and fresh without being overpowering, and it works in just about everything — soups, sauces, marinades, dry rubs, you name it. I like that it’s granulated instead of powdered — it gives you a bit more texture and doesn’t clump up as easily. Plus, it’s way more convenient than peeling and chopping fresh garlic when you’re in a rush (or just don’t feel like it). It’s simple, reliable, and tastes great. Nothing fancy, just good quality garlic that gets the job done.

Yes, folks, just ONE simple ingredient, which is garlic, garlic and more garlic! And it's in the best way possible for not fresh garlic, which is granulated. Not powdered, not chopped and stored in citric acid, but granulated which is the easiest to use and in my opinion holds flavor better than anything aside from fresh. You can mix it into soups, stews, chowders, stir-fries, curries, meat loafs, burger patties, and more or sprinkle it directly onto your meat. Add it to fry sauce and tartar sauce and mustard sauce and pizza sauce and any other savory sauce you can think of. Use it to make garlic toast even! And on top of that, this is a whale of a buy! Even the store where I usually buy seasonings in bulk charges half again as much as this costs for their granulated garlic.

Taste just like real garlic! This flavor is as if they were to gather a lot of garlic dry it and then chop it fine and pour into the container to sell like it is real garlic. I believe it is real garlic though. The taste us exactly the same. So it must be. I am unaware of any substitution of any sorts! I truly believe this is the real deal straight from mother earth. Whomever thought of this entire process is a genius. Even the people who pick the tiny grains to put into this bottle must have been really tired of bending over each time to pick up each piece and have also excellent eyesight. Either that they are really short and have fairly decent eyesight. Either way they must have had ants pushing the grains to the surface because it does resemble an ant pile and possibly sun tan the .grains almost like sun grown tomatoes, dont get me started on tomatoes little fruit balls of heaven sent from God the father. Now that is something to think about! GOD THE FATHER!

I like granulated garlic and it's hard to find in stores

McCormick is a great brand! The garlic tastes great and arrived pretty quickly. It offers good flavor to add to dishes and is pretty easy to use. I recommend using this as a filler for a smaller container for ease of usage and not dumping a bunch and altering the flavor of the dish. Unless you just really like garlic.
