Love this brace I play softball and I use when I play. Helps with my hips. I need a hip replacement and gives me support where I need it.

I was in a lot of pain and I went to the doctor and they did an MRI. When the doctor came in for my appointment, he walked in and he said, Marie, did you know your pelvis is broken? Uh that would be a no. Apparently where it is, they can't fix it and the brace really helps.

I’ve had chronic trochanteric bursitis for years. I’ve had three surgeries and a lot of physical therapy. None of it got me back hiking. A VA physical therapist suggested I might be having SI joint problems causing my issues and suggested an SI belt. After a week of use the neoprene lining cracked and stretched but I finally got enough pain relief to be able to hike again. I recently bought another one so I can switch out the sweaty one for a dry one after a hike.

While I am using this item, the sizing that is stated on the website is not correct. I have a 40 inch waist, actually less, using this to be as fair as possible. They claim the size I ordered would fin from 37 to 47 inch waist. I doubt seriously that anyone with a 42 inch waist would even slightly be able to use this belt. Disappointed but making it work.

This hip band is so convenient and comfortable to wear. I wear it while doing standing or walking chores to support my lower back. I like that it doesn't show under a blouse or shirt. It provides a lot of support without being bulky.

Pleasantly surprised. I have severe issues with my sciatic nerve. It helped put immediate constant pressure on it, stays in place and holds strong all day. Helped me get through the day. Nothing completely alleviates the pain, but this does help.

This belt is very difficult to use. There is a large amount of area of Velcro on the ends of the straps. Once they're attached to the main belt, it's almost impossible to remove. For someone with arthritic hands/fingers, it's just about unusable. The straps need to be re-designed to either have a 2 in. area on the ends without the Velcro or strong tabs on the end to hold on to when removing them from the main belt. The belt looks strong and probably does an adequate job, but trying to remove the straps was an exercise in futility. Poorly designed. Don't buy.

After using a while, I am writing my opinion. I got a problem between L5 S1, after some walk, I used to get pain in my lower back as well as pulling veins in foot, terrible. Now I am using this while treadmill, even started a few mins of jogging, cool, no issues at all. Thanks
