The concept, design and construction are great. My 9 month old golden retriever had her right paw amputated shortly after birth. She has a 'nub' that can't tolerate all the running and rough housing she gets into with her brother. I am trying everything to find a solution that will protect her nub. I removed the skate in hopes that the device would stay on her leg, not allow her to chew it off and give her the protection she needs. She is reluctant to walk and run with it on. I will continue to trial it with the hope that she will adapt to it over time. I've been through dozens of other paw protectors. Her brother has eaten close to a dozen, fortunately not all at once.

Great concept
