Great Way to Have Cafe de Olla at Home!
We got introduced to Cafe de Olla at a local place. Tried it again in Austin TX last month. It is great! Flavors of cinnamon, sugar, and other spices makes it a real treat. This product is a pack of two 12-oz re-sealable bags of Cafe de Olla. You brew it in a French press or pour-through (Chemex or similar). I have used both.To me, this product is almost too sweet. The Mexican way to serve it does not use milk or cream. I brew mine with Cafe de Olla and a regular coffee to cut the sweetness. Sunday night (31 May) I used 550 mL water, 3 Tbps Cafe de Olla, and 3 Tbsp Folgers original in the French press. It was great, even black.

Delicious when brewed in my Pour Over!!!
I have a French press, pour over and drip coffee maker. I tried to brew this coffee in my drip coffee maker and thought it was horrible! Too weak, and no coffee flavor. Then I thought I would mix it with my usual medium dark roast coffee and still did not like it.I purchased 2 bags and thought what a total waste of money…until I had the bright idea to try making it in my pour over. Eureka!!! This coffee is sooo delicious brewed in my pour over I am shocked!!!I almost threw it away and I am so glad that I decided on a different brew method.If anyone purchases this coffee, and is unhappy with the taste, I would suggest trying a different brewing method and you may find that it is absolutely delicious! You can Thank me later!

Best Cafe de Olla branded coffee!
Love love love this coffee. It smells amazing and tastes so smooth, no creamer needed for those of you who don’t drink black coffee. It is a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it in my opinion.
