I didn't get any hardware, What size screws are needed?

Hello Erika, so sorry for the delay in my response and this inconvenience you've experienced. If you are still in need of the assembly screws, please call our Manhattan Toy customer service dept. at 1-800-541-1345 to request the hardware. Have your Amazon order details available when you call. Thank you.

Are there small loose parts that are detachable?

Hello Patito, the Deep Sea Adventure’s parts are all secure to the activity center and have been safety rated for kids 12 months and up, meaning it’s been tested to withstand the pulling/pushing activity of toddlers. The image where a child appears to be holding a small part is actually showing the flexibility of a wooden mushroom, attached by a thick elastic band. Appreciate your interest and inquiry.

Is this product sold from the manufacturer? I heard there has been some issues with counterfeit baby toys and products on Amazon

Hello Nik! One way to differentiate potential Manhattan Toy counterfeited toys is to buy directly from listings that declare the product “Ships from Amazon.com” AND “Sold by Amazon.com.” This means that Amazon acquired our product directly from our Minnesota warehouse. If a marketplace seller has a Manhattan Toy item, we can usually verify if they are one of our authorized sellers by calling our customer service line. We appreciate your interest in considering an authentic, safety tested product by Manhattan Toy.
