UPDATE APRIL 1 2016- I'M 65 yo non smoker, non drinker, in decent health on BP meds, - and After a 2 months - 3 a day- full +1/2 dropper-treatment ,and After trying many almost worthle$$ OTC treatments - I can state , without reservation - THIS product is a borderline small miracle. I have the symptoms of early symptomatic BPH , and started to assume the worst- I had not much of an issue with nighttime loo trips , except if I drank coffee or a large amount of water a few hours before hitting the sack-but during the day bouncing around in my truck , the urgency and bladder shocks were getting "old"...After a few days-/Almost immediately I noticed a slight decrease in day time urgency ..and after 3 weeks it was a marked improvement.. Now I have noticed immediate cessation of flow and the nasty dripping (!) is almost non existent ..stream is sometimes garden hose distance (well almost!)... .Major relief is a hardly a enough description. Tatse and consistency is a non issue. Was having symptoms of enlarged/swollen prostate and made an appointment for the docs of course it was 3 weeks out and i needed relief now. ran across this formula and read the reviews they were good price was right. got the bottle in a few days and followed the suggestive serving size and frequency. my urine flow started to go back to normal in about 2-3 days. after 3 weeks got the old finger up the bum and was told everything was good had no swelling at or infection. I was puzzled and ask if this bottle of prostate edge could have had something to do with my recovery and he said "the ingredients are known to reverse the swelling and discomfort in quite a few studies so its very likely". Even though my symptoms have gone away I am continuing to use it for precautionary measures at 1/3 the dose just to keep thing healthy. It tastes great and makes your reproductive system feel as though you are a young man again, my wife is happy. Also stops your body from breaking down your available testosterone,Saw palmetto, which has me feeling stronger and of course all the anti inflammatory property's ties to these ingredients. Don't forget to change your diet, drink lots of water, get exercise I also started using a clove of garlic a day slightly cooked.. Best of luck guys.

Been using this product for over a month, and it is the best prostate formula I've ever used - and I've used many! It definitely has reduced the amount of nighttime urineations, and has also increased the flow, day and night. I would give it 5 stars except for the instructions on the bottle which don't really tell you how often to take it. I contacted the company about this, and they basically told me to test it out for myself to determine the proper method. Bizarre! For the record, I've been taking it by 1/4 teaspoons, twice a day, every day, every week of the month ( the directions say "1/4 teaspoon 1 to 3 times a day for 2 or more weeks each month" which is about as unspecific as it gets). Anyway, so far, so good, and I only wish they sold it in larger quantities or with a multi bottle option to reduce the price. One bottle lasts me just shy of one month.

This stuff is simply amazing. My urologist put me on finasteride 5mg for prostate enlargement. One month and 5 horrible side effects later, I took myself off that medication. As soon as I suspected a problem, I tried to nip it in the bud. Soon after I started using this, things got better quickly. However, after a few months, it seemed that my body adjusted to this product and it became much less effective. I think it would work for someone with a minor problem like I had if they catch it quickly as I did. However, it may not be enough after a few months and taking more does help but get's expensive quickly. I have moved on to a stronger product which is working but it remains to be seen for how long. Was diagnosed from the Doctor with mild Prostate issues and given Flomax. After a fews day's on that miserable and very uncomfortable drug I was determined to go with natural remedies. Already a Vegan vegetarian it would help me in this journey. Several months ago I was desperately looking at a variety of supplements to get some relief from symptoms from prostate issues. Gave it a try,, but didn't experience any noticeable changes after a few weeks. So i put it aside for several months and just recently decided to try it again. Took 1/4 teaspoon in the morning 1/4 before bed. I've been experiencing precious sleep only waking "once" to go to bathroom. I haven't experienced rest like this in yrs. I can almost cry from gratitude from this product. Excessive daytime urination is normal. I am like many other guys with enlarge prostate issues, my doctor also gave me pharma pills which did nothing for the month I was on them and made me tired. Another buddy of mine with same issue said search for health products with saw pimento and I found all the great reviews on this product. I thought going with liquid base would be the whey to go as it gets in your system faster but unforgettably nothing happened with me, even when it noted on the bottle to increase dosage I was out in less than 2 weeks.
