Essential PRE-Biotic Supplement 120 Capsules

I've used pro-biotics for years. so I thought I'd try this product, two months ago, to enhance their effectiveness...I'm sure glad I did. My IBS symptoms decreased dramatically. The combination of both products is great! Not wanting to get graphic on all it specifically does, I can avoid rushing to the toilet everywhere I go!! I am trying to treat this (IBS) without hardcore drugs for as long as I can. The only problem is that it takes so long to get them delivered to me, I sometimes run out, maybe I should pay for shipping.

There should be a warning on this product. People with Auto Immune issue should NOT take this as it will build the immune system which is contraindicated and can cause AI disorders to flare and get worse.I did take 2 or 3 before I checked the ingredients and suffered severe cramping and gas. Do NOT recommend this product. In the future it should be labeled for all people with AI disorders.

This needs to be taken an hour before you take a probiotic, otherwise don't bother.

Like this product a lot and am impressed by the ingredients, including L-leucine, contained in the prebiotic blend.
