Clear Acrylic Display Case Transparent for Lego 43020 FIFA World Cup Trophy

This product was well made and came in excellent condition with easy to follow instructions. I would add that I did not use the supplied cotton gloves to remove the protective film from the bottom tabs but I removed just enough to allow the tabs to be inserted into the base while leaving the film on the rest of the panel to protect it. Once I had all the side panels Installed, I used the gloves to remove the film from the inside and outside of each side panel to avoid any fingerprints. The quality of the fit was very good and snug. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this for a Faberge egg that’s inside the original presentation box. It looks amazing and enables protection from dust yet allows for a clear view of the display item. The box is very easy to assemble. I had a fair amount of difficulty removing the protective paper on the acrylic. I tried tapes, a wallpaper razor and finally had the best results using a sharp pointed tweezers pulling the paper just a bit on the large tabs. If I did scratch the acrylic it wouldn’t be visible when the box was assembled. I like that the manufacturer included cotton gloves, a lint remover and wipes. The gloves, while fit snugly made it difficult to hold the small corner irons.

Very nice case for larger items. The panels aren't held together tightly (just slotted into the base and each other). So if you're looking for ease of assembly then it doesn't get any easier, but I wouldn't suggest moving it around much after set up.

Update: seller provided a new product. New one fit together snug and secure. Feels pretty solid for what it is. Im happy with the quality given the price and I appreciate the seller providing a new product without me even asking for it. Quality would be okay if I had been sent a new product. This one was obviously assembled, used, disassembled and sent back. There was no protective film on any pieces, all of the pieces had scuffs and scratches, the gloves had multiple holes, the base had marks where something had sat. None of this would have been a big deal if I knowingly purchased a used item, but it was listed as new. Very disappointed. Other than that, it assembled easy, the vertical edges aren’t flush but the top is. It’s lightweight and unobtrusive. There is nothing holding the pieces together other than the tabs, so be careful picking it up.

Bought this to protect the LEGO Juxo, Jr set from dust. It is essentially a 9" x 9" x 9" cube. The case consists of a black fiberboard base, and five clear acrylic panels - four sides and a top. All of these have protective film on both sides; the film on the base is a different material. The base and top panel both have a pair of slots along each edge. The four side panels have two longer tabs on the bottom edge, and two shorter tabs on the top edge. Two of the side panels have slots on their two vertical sides, while the other two have hooked tabs, so the front and back panels are distinct from the side panels. This brand has far more sizes choices available than similar products, which was one reason I went with it. It is important to wear gloves during assembly, to avoid getting fingerprints on the acrylic panels. A pair of white cloth gloves is provided. These are very stretchy, and should fit just about anyone. Removing the protective film from the acrylic panels was very challenging. I ended up using a small, sharp knife to get under the film near one corner, gradually peeling it back until I could grab it and pull it off. With practice, I got better at it, but it never got easy. Also, pulling the film off results in a strong static charge on both the panel and the film, causing them to attract small floaters. Wipes are included to deal with this. The seller was very helpful in addressing these issues, exchanging several messages with me. Though the instructions indicate that the entire top can be lifted off to access the model inside, I found that the bottom tabs fit too tightly into the base to make this practical. I removed the top panel instead. I expect to buy more of these to hold several large LEGO architectural sets.

UPDATE: The only reason I am giving 3-stars is solely because Elepure did try to make this right and sent a replacement product. The replacement was in fact sealed and all parts were in the protective sleeves. BUT... Even this replacement has blemishes and scratches. I ended up having to use the two best panels from one and the three best panels and the base from the other, just to have one decent case. Even still, there is one panel being used with blemishes. I was able to position it so that is was not so blindingly obvious. The blemishes are obviously a manufacturing/QC issue. The Scratches, even on a new and sealed product, is occurring somewhere between the molding process and packaging; still a factory/QC issue. I don't expect absolute perfection with certain things, but I do expect good QC across all products. I still think that this product is over priced for the quality issues received. It may be OK for some, and within reason to display certain collectables, if you receive one that isn't in too bad of shape. Paying more for a better quality product in the future will be worth it to display certain collectables that I have. Kudos to Elepure for trying to make this right, but please look into your QC. ORIGINAL POST: "Not good. Open box. Blemishes, Scratches and Fingerprints." 1. Received an already open product. I did not realize it until after I cut the tape on one end of the box to get the product out. After pulling out the pieces and seeing that not all the pieces were in the plastic sleeves (two sleeves were just in the box), I looked at the other end of the box and the tape was already cut. So I was sent an opened and returned product. 2. Blemishes and scratches. There are several blemishes and scratches on a few of the panels. The base has some blemishes as well. There were also fingerprints on a couple of the panels; so they had been previously handled. I tried numerous times to get pictures of the issues, but I could not get the blemishes and scratches to show up in the photos no matter the lighting or background. 3. I have a valuable collectable that this was intended for. So I have no choice but to use this one for now until I get something else that is ACTUALLY NEW, NOT USED! 4. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!

I bought this to use to cover my model train diorama. Perfect to keep tiny hands off the detailed work that took so many hours to o build. I’ll try to remember to add a picture sometime in the future.

The case has connection points that don't sit flush, so edges stick out on every corner, and at every connection point. This means the case doesn't have a clean look. The edges are poorly machined, so there are plastic shavings everywhere inside the case. Cleaning was difficult, as I had to be careful not to breath the microplastics in while cleaning it. There are gaps in the insertion points, which defeats the purpose of using this as a dust barrier. I've enclosed pictures of various angles as proof of all the issues listed.
