Handy packaging

I like the fact it is a plastic bag with a resealable top, it helps keep it dry. The only thing missing is whether or not there is an anti-caking agent added. I couldn't find one on the bag. I have to say that it hasn't caked up at all so I assume there must be. The contents are far less lumpy than two of the major suppliers of icing sugar too.
