It is of good quality and expands as it should to fit my pump. It also is a perfect fit for me and performed as long as I needed.

This product I didn't like . It was hard to get on and uncomfortable. Not sure if they have another size bigger than A. The material was unpleasant to the skin. For me . Others may like it. I did not.

I have used these for years with pump. They are cut by the loader. I don't use it. It came with my pump. I use my hands.

If this is a large, I'd hate to see a small. I doubt my chihuahua could use this let alone me!

The ring applicator broke after just a few uses. The five year warranty conveniently does not cover the ring applicator. The customer service person was quite blunt about the lack of warranty coverage. The first vacuum system that I obtained from this firm lasted over five years. I got a replacement thinking that it had been upgraded and I found that there was actually a degradation in the quality of plastic used in construction. I wish that I had kept the old unit because it still functioned and was more sturdy. I will consult with my urologist and obtain a system from another manufacturer.
