Great start to the game
This is a great travel game and also a great way to learn the game from a "short" stand point before you are ready to play the actual game which is long. It is easy to follow, the directions are clear and easy to follow and if you play with someone else who has played before, that's even better.

Fun quick version of Catan
Fun quick version of Catan. This plays in less than 30 minutes and is super easy to learn and teach. If you like Catan or liked it in the past this is a fun little game. It’s also a great way to introduce Catan to others who have never played.

Great game......wish it had a traveling case though
I bought the CATAN Dice Game as a gift for my nephew who loves board games. He was very excited to try it out and we played a few rounds together. The game is easy to learn and fun to play, with different strategies and outcomes depending on the dice rolls. The game comes with a nice leather dice cup, six custom dice, a score pad, and a pencil. The quality of the materials is good and the game is portable and compact. The only downside is that the game is best suited for two players, and it can get a bit repetitive after a while. Cute and quick game for fans of Catan
This was a really fun game! My family loves the original Settlers of Catan but sometimes we don’t have the time to set it up and play a whole round. This was a fun quick game with the same theme, though it really doesn’t take very much strategy and seems rely a lot on luck. It’s nice that you can throw it in a bag and play on the go, which is really hard to do with the original game.

I know Catan gets a lot of hate but I personally love it. Was looking for a quick game like Qwixx to play at the island while waiting for dinner to be ready. A quick Catan? Count me in.

Highly addicting game. Played throughout a whole vacatiom with family. Very easy to learn and very mobile. Perfect game to replace a full board game of Catan but still have the same essence about it!

Good introduction to Catan
I bought this for a 12yo child to play on a family road trip. Overall it's pretty good. It's a decent introduction to the Catan family of games. It's well-suited to a quick play, say while waiting for a meal. It is easy to learn and the instructions are pretty clear. There is some strategy to the game, but it hasn't grabbed my son's interest as much as I would have hoped.
