Im not good at math, how much would i use for 1 gallon for a ratio of 16/1 ?

For the Valvoline 2-Cycle Multi-Purpose TCW-3 Motor Oil and a 16:1 ratio, we recommend 8 oz of oil per gallon of fuel.

Can I use this oil in my Stihl blower and string trimmer?

I do not see why not. It is made for 2 stroke motors. I always add a little extra when mixing any oil with gas. Most it can do is foul a plug, cheaper than seizing the motor. about 1/4 oz.
