These Work for Fertility!!!
I got these off the recommendation from the book It Starts With the Egg due to my age. I take 4 per day, and in just the first month of taking them, they delayed my ovulation and period - which is a good thing!!!! I was ovulating on days 8-10 (which is too early) and had 26 day cycles, but this month I ovulated on day 13 and had a 31 day cycle! It’s doing exactly what I want it to - and fast!

The Original it came in very small capsules, with only one week was enough. The COQ10 is an effective supplement. We already know everything ingested is destroyed. Now this COQ10 is something the body produce by itself In this case this is a very low doses, It is not good to use it every day. The system will stop any chance to create it by itself if it is coming from the outside. I use this for the organism as a reminder, as a jump start.

The best CoQ10
I was nervous about not buying this directly from Pharma Nord’s website, but I was able to verify the legitimacy of the product I received once it arrived. It contained a card from Pharma nord with a rewards code for their website. You can also just tell this stuff works - as soon as I started taking these I had more energy. Clean, good energy. Highly recommend this product. It’s pricey but it’s worth it - the other stuff just doesn’t compare.
