Great quality product!
Iโve used regular rock candy before to look like ice on a cake but this product was so much better!! It looked exactly like little ice cubes and when I brushed them with a little water they would shine and look perfect!! Tastes good too! So glad I found this product for future needs of my cakes!

Not lump sugar, not rock sugar, not rock candy
This stuff is not lump sugar, not rock sugar, and not rock candy. Not sure what it is exactly. It isn't very sweet at all. I suppose it has some useful application, but not sure. If you wanted rock candy, this isn't it It you wanted rock sugar, for tea or coffee, this also isn't it. Nothing wrong with it, just not what I expected. I guess you could use it for something, just unsure what
