Actually noticed my hair is growing less grey than before. Skin feels and looks better too. Don’t expect instant results as with all supplements. No side effects noted for me personally

I started taking collagen to help with recovery for endurance events. These are good quality capsules for a decent price. I've been taking these for about a year and will continue to do so. I'm not sure if any supplements make that much of a difference, however I haven't had any serious injuries (touch wood) since upping my training distances and that for me is reason enough to keep taking them.

I rarely review products but have to with this. I have been taking this supplement for some months now and it really helps with hair and nails. My hairdresser has just let me know that the frizz around my roots is new hair growth. Then they asked if I had been taking collagen. I am delighted as I am premenopausal and was noticing my hair was thinning slightly. Highly recommend the Multi-Collagen supplement.

I’ve only been taking it two weeks, but I noticed tonight that a problem very dry area of skin on my forehead is no longer dry at all. All the creams I’ve used in the past didn’t stop the problem. My joints feel better, less achy. Early days but I’m happy to keep taking them

3 days after starring to take them, I had to cut my nails because they were growing like crazy. A week in: dry skin on my hands has improved, my face looks healthier, but most importantly my dodgy hip has stopped bothering me. Yes, you have to take 4 large capsules a day, but despite the size they are easy to swallow, with no aftertaste. They have a mixture of types of collagen and include vitamin C which your body needs to use it. Some of the cheap versions only have one type of collagen and no vit C - you get what you pay for and I will happily continue to pay for these results. These actually work.

My daughter recommended these to me as her hair and nails have improved since taking them. Her hairdresser even noticed a difference in her hair and asked her what she had been doing. I have been taking them since the end of May and my nails are a lot stronger and growth rate has increased. My hair seems to be in better condition. I have also started noticing an improvement in my joint pain. The capsules are fairly large but easy enough to swallow and have no taste. I have just ordered more. I don’t normally stick to taking supplements but I will with these. They are excellent value and work

Seems really good quality. There doesn’t seem to be an aftertaste which is always a bonus. I haven’t used it much so a limited review.
