Pair of 2" Thick Grip (Fat Grip) Dumbbell Handles (Olympic Weight)

These aren’t exciting to look at, but they are what they are reported to be. Fat grip works well for challenging the grip and strengthening hands and forearms during farmers walks, suitcase carries, etc. they are kind of dumbbells and strongman implements combined. I bought the collard too which seems very well made and strong. They remain tight under weight.

I've had these for a few years now and they are just as good as when I purchased them. The fat diameter is great for grip and comfort. It's a simple well made durable product that should last a lifetime. Regarding some of the low reviews I saw on here, these are axle bars you need axle collars which are slightly smaller.

It feels nerdy to say I'm blown away by dumbell handles, but here we are. These are legit. Like other people here I also had high expectations after reading a lot of good feedback, but was still kinda shocked by how well made these are. Pretty much the second I opened the box I knew buying these was the right choice. These folks know what they're doing and it shows. The grip is really comfortable. Best handles I've ever used. It's a little awkward getting used to at first, but overall it feels better than using a standard Olympic bar. At least to me. Also, the length was a little surprising at first (let's all be adults here), but I don't have a problem with it. Everyone is different though, so just know these handles are long. Last thing, before getting hung up on collars, just buy the ones these folks make. Some people might gripe that it's unnecessary and/or inconvenient to have to dish out extra money to make sure your collars fit right, which I get, but at the same time I know that anything I purchase from this family is going to be high quality and very well made. If you're on the fence, just buy already. No joke, you won't regret it. The comfort and versatility are top notch.

In the description it does state they are 1.9" but in the title it states 2" Olympic size. When it arrived the bar is great quality but possibly too long. Bought this for my boyfriend while he's working out at home. Luckily he has a saw to cut off a few excess inches that aren't needed. He then wrapped a good amount of tape around the bar so the weights fit on properly as there is about .10" difference between this bar and the Olympic weights. Even though the bar is mad extremely well I still paid a lot for these and a good amount for shipping. I expected it to come ready to use. I had also bought him an Olympic size barbell which came a week faster than these, were the exact size we needed, and was much cheaper. It also came with two clamps that fit perfectly. Given I paid so much for these I expected a better quality. That's why it only gets 3 stars.

Without a doubt an amazing product. First off the way it was packaged way beyond the necessary. It was from greatly wrapped to avoid damage. Everything came wrapped very good. Second the material is amazing this is no cheap dumbell bar. You can tell this is very sturdy and I actually feel very confident of it no snapping on me when using them for chest press. I’ll for sure recommend this product or any of the products they sell to all my friends and family. Thanks for such an amazing product well worth the wait

bar diameter does not match olympic plates or collars. Frustrating, I have two types of collars and nether fit. Requires tape to add to thickness of handle for collars to lock. Disappointing. Looking forward to use them once I modify, which you shouldn't need to.

great addition to my new, COVID-19 inspired home gym. the only downside is that you have to make sure you get collars for these slightly smaller weight-plate portion of the bar. Get the type with a screw-lock. As a matter of fact, this same company has a pair that you can pick up. THe bars are unnecessarily long...limited the number of exercises to some extent.

Recently bought a barbell set and had all the 2" plates I needed. Then I got LHB tendonitis and my PT had me doing light weights/high reps bicep curls. I made do just using the plates alone but as the weight increased it became unmanageable to hold multiple plates. I looked around for 10, 15, 20lb dumbbells but due to COVID there are none to be found. Enter this great product. Allows you to turn your plates into a whole rack of dumbbells...and a fat grip to work your grip too!. I love that these are made in USA by a mom-and-pop company. The only downside was that my spring clips were slightly too big so I had to get some collars. I highly recommend this product
