My favourite
My favourite colour. Been using this one for a few years now, it's so exceptionally lovely. The perfect reddish glow in the sunlight, and the colour lasts for many months before fading. I usually only have to colour my hair every 3-4 months, but I'm going to start doing it more regularly bc I'm getting a few greys lol. This colour covers the greys completely by the way! :) This colour does bleed, but it's nothing too dramatic. Just keep a dedicated towel that you use only for drying your hair with. I use a dark brown towel and you can't see any stains on it at all.

Love 💕
Love the product, easy to use, and great turnout. I would say if your hair is two-toned, the lighter parts will take the color more. The overcolor is beautiful, a lot darker than I expected but I know it will wash and fade lighter so I'm not upset! I will be repurchasing when it comes time to dye my hair again! 💕

Great Color, Great Product!
I was on vacation in a different state and suddenly realized that my roots were already gray only three weeks after coloring my hair. Horror! I've been buying Clairol Nice & Easy A4 forever, and although it was a bit too brassy red for me, it was the closest I could come to the subtle cinnamon brown color I was looking for so I stayed with it for 10 years...until vacation. I decided I had to color my hair that night at the beach house we were renting before visiting family the next day. After two stopping at two different stores and unable to find a color even close, it was getting late and hubby was getting impatient. The choices for dark red were non-existent. Everything was either bright red, orange, or an unnatural RED. I spotted Schwarzkopf Keratin Color in Berry Brown 5.3 but was afraid of the name. I was worried "berry" would have a dark pink or purple tint but the color on the box was a rich medium/dark brown and I decided brown was better than gray roots so I grabbed it. I absolutely love GOT2B products, also made by Schwarzkopf, and it was just $3 more than Nice and Easy so I trusted the name and bought it. I'm so glad I did! The smell is incredible. It also comes with gloves, conditioner, and a serum to put on your ends before coloring so you don't get those dark, inky ends and it worked beautifully. The color is gorgeous! It's a rich brown with dark red highlights that keeps it from being boring but aren't glaring red. They glimmer in the light. It's a subtle auburn. My husband loved it and I'm now a die-hard fan. It's the color I've been looking for for a long time. I leave it for 20 minutes instead of 25 to keep it from getting too dark but it still covers those pesky gray roots. The color doesn't fade like Clairol does either and stays vibrant for months. I only have to retouch my roots each month instead of recoloring my entire hair without losing the vibrancy in the rest of my hair. My hair is very shiny and it feels thick, full, and very soft. It's not dry and coarse feeling like Nice and Easy. I'm very fair and the color doesn't wash me out. Fast, reliable shipping with subscription. I recommend this seller and this product. (Pic included but dark lighting that doesn't do this color justice.)

Quality hair color
I’ve used this color and brand on my roots for years. It’s gentle on your hair plus creates a great blend of auburn and brown.

Color turned out as expected, I like it!
Previously went to the salon for my hair coloring, but decided to color on my own and go back to dark hair color. My original hair color is maybe a level 3-4 dark brown, chest length, and straight-ish. I purchased 3 boxes of the Intense Cocoa color and used 2 boxes to do an all-over color. Photo is a just colored and blow-dried hair. Color turned out a chocolately color, so definitely will need time to adjust to the dark hair, but I think its great for this fall, winter season. The dye covered my gray hairs which where scattered throughout my head with patches on the temples. I did dye my roots/grays first, so it sat for like an hour, as I tried to color the rest of my hair after and as fast as I could. Since I had bleached, light brown color on my hair length, the color came out a little lighter, which I think is totally fine since it adds some dimension. The thing I didnt enjoy was that the smell is super strong, so be sure to color in an area where there is a fan or open circulation. Also, color stained my laundry sink as well as my ears, and wrists. Fortunately nothing else stained since I covered the area where I dyed with towels or plastic. I also slathered thin layer of vaseline on my forehead, ears, neck prior, so perhaps it wasnt enough. Hope the color will hold up for awhile. Luckily, I got the 3rd box of color to keep on hand and will just use half to touch up roots when the time comes. And compared to the salon, my hair doesnt feel as soft despite using the provided serum, but I ain’t complaining. $20 bucks for full color refresh saved me $500+ so glad it turned out well!

The absolute best
I’ve used every brand of ash blonde hair color and this is the best. It’s moisturizing and the color is vibrant and fabulous. My hair feels so healthy after using this. I dye my hair once every four weeks. I probably could go 6 weeks but I like my hair looking good. This brand is wonderful and I will continue to use.

Good colour and feels healthy
I have been using Clairol from Sally's Beauty for years, and in more recent years found it just stopped covering my greys...even when I switched to the grey coverage. So I went looking for another brand, hoping to find something still relatively chemical free and came across Schwarzkopf. Now, this stuff doesn't make my eyes water and tear up near as much as some other brands (I got Revlon once, and have had professional colouring done twice), but you definitely still need to ventilate the bathroom when applying. I purchased two boxes, one in Rich Bordeaux and one in Rich Caviar. The Bordeaux I applied, i've always done reds or some natural henna in the past...and it worked wonderfully on all my whites/greys and all my new hair growth (been a good year or more since last dye used)...but it only coloured some random strands past the new growth. So that may have been previous colours causing an issue or user error for application. So, rather than buying another box, I went ahead and applied the caviar- and my hair looks great now! There's still some more reds throughout from the bordeux, but the caviar got anything that hadn't coloured previously in addition to blending well with any of the bordeux. My hair feels nice, not damaged like the more chemically brands, although I still desperately wished the Clairol worked because that caused no tearing up whatsoever. I am inclined to think regardless of my previous colour and application skills that I just need two boxes given how much hair I have, so user beware if it's more than a touch up- full head coverage- and you have long and fine hair you should have two boxes ready in case.

Excellent product
It took me a while to find this product, I've tried a lot of the affordable do-it-at-home brands and they were a disaster. The good: This product is affordable, doesn't stain the skin, doesn't stain the tub, easy to use, right consistency, perfect color, covers grays 100%. You get a generous quantity of the product (I have medium-long thick wavy hair and there's enough product to cover everything, and more). The espresso color is very natural, it's the darkest brown before it's black, so it doesn't have the metallic cold sheen that black does The smell isn't deadly, it's tolerable. The pre-treatment for dry ends is my favorite part, and the conditioner smells very good and seems to be a good quality. The bad: The gloves that come with the product are very krappy. They don't provide with eyewear arms protectors (an absolute must for all Home kits). The product (as expected) will stain fabric and plastic eyewear.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My New Go-To Hair Color!
Omg—this was so easy to use! I’ve tried many hair color products before, but Schwarzkopf Keratin Hair Color is hands-down the best. There was no mess, no staining, and the application was super simple. What really impressed me is how soft and silky my hair felt afterward—it didn’t feel damaged at all. The color came out beautifully and evenly. This is definitely my new go-to for at-home hair coloring. Highly recommend!

Best hair dye on the market A+++++ will order even more
Best hair dye for black hair, it last longer compared to Garnier product, in the 1.0 true black color. it last around 2 months +++ and the dye is easy to remove from skin, you need a good wash under the shower, around 15 minutes wash you hair and your skin, the dye on skin will vanish fast. I really like this dye, you get a special application for your hair points, its called Serum, it is really healing the hairs in the process of dyeing them.

Amazing product worth it
Amazing results no more grey. My hair had so much grey around my face and front and sides. Now it looks great 👍

Great formula
My hair has experienced a lot of damage and breakage from repeated bleaching, so I’ve been very careful about what I use on it. I recently found this box dye formula and was honestly surprised by how gentle it felt on my hair compared with other products I’ve tried. It was much easier to apply, didn’t leave my hair feeling as dry or rough, and seemed to be less harsh on my already damaged, fragile hair. My hair felt softer and more manageable afterward, which is exactly what I was looking for while trying to maintain my color without causing even more damage.
