I thought that the product had been tampered with when it arrived as the box was open and I didn't see the gloves, however, once I reached out to the company, they informed me that the box is not sealed and that the gloves were on the inside of the instruction sheet.This is the first time that I have attempted to colour my hair as I usually get it done every month at the salon. In fact, I had never thought of doing it myself until someone suggested it. I found the product easy to use and will definitely be buying it again. Only, this time I will select a lighter colour as this one was a bit too dark for my hair.

I've been using this hair color faithfully for over a year to cover grays but it also leaves my hair shiny and healthy looking. It doesn't have any noticeable chemical smell. Color is perfect for me.

After using Herbatint for years, it wasn't covering my grays, so I decided to try this. Initially the light brown is very dark with a red undertone but it did fade after a week or two to a light brown. The next time I used half of the medium blonde and light brown and it was much better, still with a slight red undertone. Besides the color, it did cover my grays and lasts a long time. It's now been 4 weeks and my roots don't look too bad. My only complaint is that it did make my scalp itchy for a few weeks (the winter weather probably didn't help), but I didn't notice any smell either. I will continue to use this unless I find something else that doesn't make my scalp itch.

I loved the color and I wanted to transition from my Revlon Colorsilk that I have used for years because of some information regarding the harmful chemicals that are in typical drugstore brand boxed diy hair colors...that said, I had a bizarre experience with this Naturigin hair color. I became immediately dizzy the first time I used it, right after rinsing it. I don't know how else to describe it, but I actually felt the inside of my head sway and I was alarmed at how woozy I felt. I decided it must be something I ate or the weather even though I never have had those type of symptoms before in my life. Anyway, I forgot all about it. The color looked great, my hair was shiny and I was excited with this new brand. The next month the same exact thing happened after I rinsed it off. I felt very dizzy and woozy. My head was fuzzy. I immediately remembered that this was right after using this so called more health version of a boxed hair color and I knew it was not good for my body. Even though Revlon Colorsilk is not in the least healthy, I do not have any side effects from it at all. I would love to try henna, but I am a bit overwhelmed by the long procedure it requires. I wish henna was a bit more simple.

The light brown had a red undertone to it so I won’t get that color again. But over all it was easy to apply. Doesn’t smell and I love that they don’t test on animals

My father is a retired hairdresser so I have pretty much colored most of my life. I have used those toxic colors for years and in these past few years have switched to natural and less toxic colors. I have tried lots of natural/organic/less toxic colors but nothing compares to this one. Alot of other natural colors have left my hair a bit dry, stringy and smelling weird.I loved this shade of color plus I loved how it made my hair feel. There was no odor from the color and it came out of the bottle a bit thinner than most which was great for my long hair it was easy to get every area and cover up my grays. Much easier to apply myself. Plus, that after color treatment is AWESOME, it made my hair so silky and soft. After that treatment which feels like shampoo mixed with amazing oils, you have to use your own conditioner after, which I did. My hair was shiny and smooth and it smelled great. Will definitely purchase this again!!!

Advertised as free of the harsh chemicals. Ppd ptd. I had horrible reaction. At time of application it felt fine on my head but by the next morning head was itchy, sores on scalp, swollen glands, took some Benadryl which helped. 2 days later not really getting better went to e.r. Steroid injection and oral steroids prescribed, plus it didn't cover my grey!
